About the Job
You will play an important role to:
- Guide customer's in process with the role and responsibility to make the journey as smooth as possible, from ordering, design, buy-off, delivery and after sales service.
- Use your knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project & identify the information that you have and that you don't have, the risks and issues that may emerge during the project and to decide on the best way to proceed.
- Communication shows respect to customer and makes them feel good about working with us.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls on project related events with team and customer.
- Involve in project meeting, project planning and scheduling with internal and external team members.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to BUM and management.
- To prepare and update periodically on the project progress, reports, and presentations.
- Tracking project progress and making adjustment as necessary.
- Helping to identify and manage projects risk and issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in mechanical / mechatronic, or equivalent.
- Preferable 1-2 years of experience as project coordinator or project engineer.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Related experience in the automation industries.
- Able to handle projects independently and plan related activities.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel when needed.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
- Hands on knowledge of computer application including use of the internet, Excel and Word applications and presentation software such as Power point.
- Possesses good verbal and written communication skill.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Handling pressure.
- Problem solving skill.
