Role Overview
Lead the migration of a large-scale ITSM and ITAM transformation, including ServiceNow and Flexera implementation projects. This initiative involves replacing legacy ITSM platforms (e.g., Remedy force, BMC Discovery) with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, and rolling out an ITAM solution (Flexera) to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery in alignment with ITIL standards.
Requirement:
- Education: A relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years experience in project management.
- Certifications: ITIL, PMP/Prince 2/CSM; Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in ITSM/ITAM projects.
Responsibilities:
- Proven success in leading ITSM, ITOM & ITAM transformation projects (ServiceNow & Flexera implementation), including migration from legacy ITSM tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and ITOM Visibility.
- Strong grasp of ITIL framework, ITSM,ITAM & ITOM principles, ServiceNow & Flexera capabilities and project management methodologies.
- Experienced in third-party vendor management, including contract oversight and performance tracking.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- Skilled in project planning, scope definition, timeline management and resource coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
