Senior Project Manager (Core banking) for our client in Singapore.

We are looking for highly experienced Senior Project Managers with strong expertise in banking transformation programs and hands-on experience working with leading banking platforms and products such as Oracle Flexcube, Finastra GPP, CGI Trade360, and ACBS Lending.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large-scale banking implementations, product rollouts, integration programs, and stakeholder management across corporate banking, trade finance, payments, and lending domains.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in Banking domain
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
• Oracle Flexcube
• Finastra – GPP (Global PAYplus)
• CGI – Trade360
• ACBS – Lending Platform
• Experience in banking transformation and implementation programs
• Strong knowledge of:
• Corporate Banking
• Trade Finance
• Payments
• Lending Operations
• Core Banking Systems
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management
• Ability to coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders
• Experience handling end-to-end project lifecycle and delivery governance
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from banking stakeholders
• Drive workshops, solution discussions, and requirement sign-offs
• Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with technology teams and vendors for implementation
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post-implementation activities
• Ensure successful delivery of banking transformation initiatives
