Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. As a Project Manager, you will organize, plans, and executes projects while working within constraints budgets, schedule, and scope. You will lead teams, define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, and see a project through to its closure with a customer first mindset.
Your role includes:
- Planning: Developing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Budgeting: Estimating project costs, managing the project budget, and tracking expenses.
- Team Management: Assembling and leading project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management plans.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, managing their expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles.
- Scrum facilitation: Be a good leader and communicator, understand Agile and Scrum well, and be able to coach others. Be empathetic and maintain a positive team environment.
Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
As a
Senior Project Manager, having
PRINCE2 certification is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of
Agile and Scrum development will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of
cloud technology. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
