Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional logistics and warehouse projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
Manage customer onboarding, warehouse start-ups, network expansions, and operational change initiatives.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT, transport, commercial, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
Support solution design, resource planning, and process standardization across warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 Years of experience in warehouse operations and project management within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in warehouse implementations, customer transitions, and process improvement projects.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
Written and Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
