Role Description

The Senior Project Manager Oil & Gas leads the successful delivery of complex capital and operational projects across upstream assets. This role is accountable for project scope, schedule, cost, HSE performance, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring projects meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of energy projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage contractors and vendors.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and project reporting.
• Manage stakeholder interfaces.
• Ensure effective commissioning and handover to operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in oil & gas.
• Proven delivery of large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Prior exposure to upstream subsurface business domain.
