About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across our product and technology teams. This role will suit someone with strong IT/Internet project management experience, excellent stakeholder skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects independently from initiation to launch, including team setup, planning, progress tracking, quality control, and final delivery.
- Identify and resolve project risks while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Conduct post-launch reviews and oversee production operations after go-live.
- Partner with Product Managers on urgent or ad-hoc requirements.
- Support Technical Directors and R&D Leaders in delivering optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management frameworks and best practices.
- Assist the Project Director with daily operational matters as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in managing product/R&D projects, with software development background preferred.
- Relevant IT industry experience in funds, securities, commodities, precious metals, or digital assets is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 2+ years in development and 3+ years in IT/Internet project management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, project management methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage productR&D collaboration challenges effectively.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player with high levels of ownership.
