CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
DATA CENTER SELANGOR | JOHOR
- Provide project leadership and coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective integration of planning, execution and monitoring functions.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and risks to ensure successful completion within time and cost constraints, while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor project progress and milestones regularly, identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate and foster strong working relationships with internal teams, consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Managing the subcontracting process, including defining scopes, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids and supporting pricing and cost estimation efforts.
- Support the review of key project decisions, procurement strategies and contract variations in coordination with the Project Director.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSE MS).
REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully delivered one completed data center construction project as Project Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in construction field.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to based in Johor/ Selangor
