Senior Project Manager – Insurance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring through to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Coordinate business, technology, vendor and project teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality and governance standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and track actions, decisions and deliverables.
• Support project implementation, closure and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Solid end-to-end Project Management experience in banking, insurance or financial services.
• Experience in Insurance, Bancassurance or Insurance Transformation projects.
• Good understanding of insurance processes such as policy administration, claims, underwriting, product implementation or customer servicing.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, risk and issue management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.

Senior Project Manager

For Senior Project Manager level, candidates should have proven experience leading large-scale or complex insurance transformation projects, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
