Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot deployments. The role involves managing large digital workplace programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders, while ensuring security, compliance, and successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 rollouts (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform)
• Manage Microsoft Copilot deployment, readiness, licensing, governance & adoption
• Handle project planning, delivery, risk, budget, and reporting
• Work closely with IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and business leaders
• Drive change management, training, and user adoption

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 enterprise deployments
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI productivity tools
• Excellent stakeholder & vendor management
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance
• PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
