Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company business objectives
- Manage the full product lifecycle
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation versus competitors
- Monitor product performance, margins, and market trends to optimize portfolio
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment
- Work closely with Sales and key customers to identify new application opportunities
- Translate market and customer requirements into clear product specifications
- Support key accounts with technical and commercial product solutions
Product Development
- Drive cross-functional teams for new product development
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost, and meeting quality requirements
- Coordinate product testing and validation with customers
Commercial & Sales Support
- Support Sales teams with product training, technical documentation, and sales tools
- Participate in industry events, customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions
- Provide input on pricing strategies, cost analysis, and profitability improvement
- Support launch activities including marketing materials and go-to-market plans
Operational & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations to ensure manufacturability and supply continuity
- Coordinate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with standards
- Act as the key interface between commercial teams and technical/manufacturing teams
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Commerce, Packaging, or related field is an advantage
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical marketing.
- Strong experience in printing, packaging materials, or related industries such as flexible packaging
- Proven track record in new product development and product lifecycle management, especially for prime papers and films
