Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Integration Division (PID) at Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP).

The role will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of assigned projects, working closely with project clients and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution in line with the PID project framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeline, cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues and key deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and resources effectively.
• Facilitate timely resolution of project issues and support effective decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate project reporting, governance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Formal qualification in Engineering and/or Project Management.
• PMP or similar certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing projects of varying levels of complexity.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
