This role will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering complex digital transformation projects across our global Smart Manufacturing IT landscape. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and executive leadership, to modernize systems, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, develops strategies, manages budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across global teams in the US, Asia, and The Netherlands.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in digital transformation or IT modernization projects.
- Strong project management skills, and good understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and manufacturing applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English skills and clear line of thinking
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures with a flexible, collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Jira, and Project Management tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
