A public listed company is looking for Senior Property and Building Maintenance Executive to join the team and lead the maintenance team.

Role Description

The Senior Property and Building Maintenance Executive is responsible in managing and overseeing the maintenance and repair of commercial properties of the company.

Day-to-day tasks include managing property maintenance schedules, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring on solar consumption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Facility Management and M&E related fields.
• 3 -5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical systems, building safety standards, and preventive maintenance.
• Project management skills, with experience in contractor coordination and negotiation.
• Analytical and reporting skills with experience in energy-saving initiatives a plus.
