Roles & Responsibilities :
Department KPI and Company KPI Responsibility
- Work with the departments to achieve the departmental KPI and company KPI
- Prepare and present monthly KPI monitoring and status.
Incoming and In-process quality control
- Monitoring process line complies with procedure, customer requirements
- Monitoring product complies with customer requirements Perform periodically process audit to check on the compliance
- Review process failure report and monitor on the closure. Identify and drive for process improvement
- Analyzing product's quality performance from the inspection result
Customer quality management
- Manage customers feedback and complaints
- Coordinate and lead cross functional team for complaint discussion, investigation and ensure CAPA effectiveness follow up
- Ensure containment properly carried out, to prevent outflow of problematic parts to customer
- Prepare 8D report and liase with customer on the complaint follow up and actions.
New Product Validation
- Work closely with New Project Team and co-ordinate with them from the development stage to mass production for new products. Review customer specification and establish internal procedure based on customer specification and requirement.
- Prepare product/process validation report
- Perform risk assessment
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Degree in Science or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with min 3 years working experience in QA/QC Dept in plastic injection moulding.
- Well verse for ISO documentation and experience in auditing skills.
- Good understanding on part's drawing.
- Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing system is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Preferably Mandarin Speaker.
