Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Puchong. The role involves managing all cost aspects of construction projects, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), controlling expenditures, and ensuring cost efficiency. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be tasked with financial reporting, budget planning, and close collaboration with project teams to meet budgetary objectives and deliver accurate project estimates.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
- Proficiency in preparing and handling Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting
- Ability to manage budgets and expenditures for construction projects effectively
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant Quantity Surveying and project management software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field
- Proven experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
