About The Role
We are looking for an Experienced QS with strong commercial, pre- and post-contract exposure.
Location: Petaling Jaya site

About The Role
We are looking for an Experienced QS with strong commercial, pre- and post-contract exposure.
Location: Petaling Jaya site
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage interim valuations, progress claims and final accounts.
- Administer contracts including variations, claims and extensions of time.
- Monitor project costs and advise on cost control measures.
- Assist in tender evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Provide commercial advice to project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
- 7-10 years experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
- Experience administering construction contracts
- Cost management software
- MS Excel and measurement tools
