Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Setapak for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage tasks such as cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, cost planning, and producing cost reports. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure project budgets and financial objectives are met effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
- Skills in producing accurate and detailed Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is a plus
