Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years experience in building construction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advantageous to have construction estimating experience.
• Must have own transport.

Key Duties:

• Manage contracts/admin for development projects, ensuring compliance.
• Review tender documents/contracts for legal & technical compliance.
• Prepare contract documents (LOA, tenders, agreements, BOQ, etc.).
• Inspect work-in-progress before verifying consultant/contractor claims.
• Prepare contractual progress reports for management.
