Job Description

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  2. Min. 5 years experience in building construction.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Advantageous to have construction estimating experience.
  5. Must have own transport.

Key Duties:

  1. Manage contracts/admin for development projects, ensuring compliance.
  2. Review tender documents/contracts for legal & technical compliance.
  3. Prepare contract documents (LOA, tenders, agreements, BOQ, etc.).
  4. Inspect work-in-progress before verifying consultant/contractor claims.
  5. Prepare contractual progress reports for management.
