Job Description

Oversee financial aspects of projects, including preparation of progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
Provide accurate cost estimation for labor, materials, and machinery.
Develop project cost plans, detailed estimates, and cash flow forecasts to support successful project delivery.
Coordinate contracts by liaising with sub-contractors and ensuring smooth operation and execution.
Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, quantity measurements, and bills of quantities.
Handle additional assignments or tasks from superiors as required.

Requirements

Able to work independently, efficiently manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective communication.
Candidates with experience will be considered for senior positions.
Roles open for Semenyih and Johor area (3 opening - site based)
