Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding. You'll craft hiring strategies, engage candidates, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring needs. Managing ATS systems, conducting assessments, and ensuring seamless recruitment operations, you'll be instrumental in building high-performing teams for global success.

Shift: Day Shift, 8 AM - 5 PM (MY Time, Semi-flexi), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience working with a global company.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in technical recruitment, specializing in niche and high-demand roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and strong competency in database management and record-keeping.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Passion for recruiting, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding results.
  • A strong desire to engage with people and create meaningful candidate experiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to implement proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to drive hiring success.

Your Daily Tasks

Recruitment Expertise

  • Support all business units in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Plan selection procedures, identify key competencies, and determine evaluation methods.
  • Serve as the focal point for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts.
  • Assist in developing job requisitions and descriptions.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of job requisitions, including required competencies, skills, and knowledge.
  • Track and analyze resume submissions for open positions.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and communicate job requirements for various skill levels.
  • Maintain accuracy within the recruitment pipeline platform and generate insightful reports.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, leveraging data analytics to acquire top talent.
  • Execute core recruitment functions, including interviews, testing, reference checks, salary offers, and report generation.
  • Utilize behavioral-based interview techniques to assess and qualify candidates.
  • Develop behavioral-based interview and prescreening questions.
  • Administer skill and/or personality assessments.
  • Review and analyze employment applications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make offer recommendations and finalize candidate selections.
  • Present offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Support onboarding tasks, including offer letter submissions and final paperwork completion.

ATS Management

  • Enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system daily.
  • Generate recruitment metric reports manually and through the ATS.
  • Organize, file, and manage resumes, applications, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Convert and maintain applicant records.

Sourcing Strategies

  • Document and share research methods with the recruitment team.
  • Train team members on emerging talent acquisition tools, including internet sites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through research, networking, and database mining.
  • Manage and optimize referral sources.
  • Utilize various technical tools to attract and engage a highly qualified candidate pool.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a consultant to stakeholders on recruitment needs, market trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, action steps, and sourcing strategies.
  • Educate hiring managers on the selection process as needed.
  • Foster proactive and open communication with hiring managers, candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Engage stakeholders by providing updates, gathering input, and addressing feedback to optimize the hiring process.
  • Deliver timely updates and summaries of recruitment progress to hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify top candidates, coordinate interviews, and finalize offers.
  • Conduct recruitment-related meetings as necessary.

Effective Communication

  • Ensure clear and professional communication in daily interactions with stakeholders.
  • Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Adhere to Emapta's data privacy guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling private and sensitive information.

Other Duties

  • Perform administrative and non-administrative tasks as assigned.
