Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for one of our clients in the Financial Services sector. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.
What you'll do:
·Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle.

·Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process

·Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements

·Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement

·Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Experience recruiting in the Financial Services in the Philippines
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
