Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruiting and providing talent for JD's overseas business
team;
2. Communicate recruitment needs with the company's strategy and hiring
department, complete daily recruitment delivery tasks, and find matching
talents for the business; 3. Expand and maintain recruitment channels, fully
utilize various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
4. Quickly familiarize oneself with the characteristics of the business being
handled and the required talent profile for positioning, and accumulate
insights into industry talent and trends;
5. Good experience and skills in Mapping projects and oth er recruitment
projects.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related
majors, more than 3 years of human resources work, Internet or cross
border logistics experience, overseas recruitment experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with various recruitment channels, recruitment processes, and
interview methods;
3. Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills, team
spirit, results oriented, strong ability to handle pressure;
4. Chinese and English can serve as working languages.
