Job Description

  • Oversee hiring for our Malaysia market, focusing mainly on operational support roles for the global headquarters.
  • Build and maintain a local talent pipeline, supporting quick hires as business needs shift
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Collaborate remotely with the global recruitment team, based in Singapore, to align hiring strategies and share insights
  • Stay informed on Malaysias employment regulations to ensure full compliance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally with logistics related hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build lasting talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently and can effectively collaborate with remote teams
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring best practices in Malaysia
