Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Associate Manager (HR or Tech)

We're looking for a Senior Consultant or Associate Manager to own and grow a recruitment market, with the authority to decide how it grows. We're open to candidates with an HR or Technology recruitment background. If you're a 360 recruiter who's just as comfortable winning new clients as filling roles, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership. You'll own the strategy, pipeline, clients, candidates and revenue for your market.
• Win new business. Find, approach and sign new clients through outreach, networking and referrals.
• Grow your existing accounts. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, become their go-to partner.
• Run the full recruitment cycle. Take the brief, source and assess candidates, manage interviews, close offers and handle onboarding.
• Know your market. Keep track of salary trends, talent movements and hiring demand.
• Own your numbers. Track your performance and hit your targets. Your results decide how far you go and achieve.
• Grow into leadership. As your market grows, you'll hire, coach and manage your own consultant and build a high-performing team.

What we're looking for

• Experience in an external recruitment agency in a 360 role, covering HR/ Technology desk.
• A strong sense of ownership. You enjoy being accountable for your market and its results.
• A competitive, commercial mindset with a clear record of billings.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and organised, comfortable working with autonomy.
