Due to confidence and client demand in regional markets, we're looking for an experienced tech recruitment Consultant to join our team to service our clients across Asia Pacific.

In this role you'll help our clients identify & hire talent people not only with the right skills and experience, but also the right motivational and cultural fit - people who'll stay and perform.

About The Role

• Covering the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
• Providing professional recruitment services to global candidates
• Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
• Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team
• Attractive compensation package: salary+commission+bonus

Our ideal candidate has :

• With 2+ years of recruitment experience and a good understanding of Global talent markets, be passionate about the recruitment industry
• With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment for Tech/Non-tech roles in technology, web3, internet, SAAS markets
• Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
• Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
