About the Role

Based in Malaysia, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Senior Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. This role will oversee and integrate Brand Marketing , ensuring a unified and impactful market presence.

You will be responsible for elevating brand positioning, boosting exposure and awareness through ATL and BTL campaigns, and driving trade performance and in-store excellence. As a hands-on leader, you will manage the total marketing budget, optimize ROI, and respond swiftly to evolving market trends and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to strengthen brand presence and market share across Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Oversee brand positioning, awareness campaigns, and exposure across all channels (ATL & BTL).

Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, cost control, and maximum ROI.

Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative, timely marketing initiatives to maintain competitive edge.

2. Trade Marketing Leadership:

Work closely with sales teams and key distributors/retail partners to align trade promotions, merchandising, and activation plans with brand objectives.

Support sales team on point-of-sale (POS) materials, and in-store consumer activations.

Analyze trade performance, channel effectiveness, and ROI of trade spend.

Ensure perfect store execution and brand consistency across all retail touchpoints in the region.

3. Team & Cross-functional Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and trade marketing teams to achieve aggressive targets and drive performance.

Build strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key retail accounts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 810 years of marketing experience.

Proven experience in the Beauty, FMCG, or Personal Care industry is a must.

Strong track record in managing ATL & BTL campaigns, brand strategy, trade marketing, and budget/ROI.

Hands-on, proactive, and aggressive mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to market changes.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.
