Job Description

  • Proactively acquire, develop, and retain a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth individual clients, focusing on building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and solutions, encompassing a wide range of Premier Banking products and services (e.g., investments, wealth management, insurance, loans, deposits).
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and product developments to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, product managers, credit officers) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
  • Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to expand client base and enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in relationship management within the Premier Banking, Private Banking, or wealth management sector, preferably with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of financial products and services, including investment instruments, wealth management solutions, and credit facilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively with affluent clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CMFAS) are highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
