About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Senior Relationship Manager Corporate Banking to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, drive lending and deposit growth, ensure high-quality credit assessments, and deliver tailored banking solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, safeguarding asset quality, and contributing to the overall profitability of the Corporate Banking division.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Proactively identify client financial needs and provide tailored advice on a range of banking products and services, including investments, loans, and treasury solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial situation, risk appetite, and investment objectives, making appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, economic conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position RHB Bank's solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists, credit analysts, and other departments to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.
- Ensure all client activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior relationship managers, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of financial products and services, including investment instruments, wealth management strategies, and credit facilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a demanding client portfolio effectively.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen and a commitment to achieving targets.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sound knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
