Your prospective employer is an international Project Management Consultancy (PMC) seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead major infrastructure projects in Penang.

About The Job

• Construction Leadership: Oversee comprehensive site activities across full-scope railway infrastructure, including trackwork, viaducts, stations, and utility diversions.
• Commercial & Quality Management: Administer key contractual deliverables—managing EOTs, variation orders, design compliance, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Regulatory & Safety Governance: Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and local authority mandates to secure timely approvals and project handover.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Construction Industry
• Experienced in handling Infrastructure projects especially involvement in railway/track.
• Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive technical knowledge and experience
• Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently
• Willing to relocate to get involved in the entire cycle of project
• Professional Engineer (Ir.) registration with BEM is added advantage
