SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Be the face of our brands—creating exceptional client experiences, building long‑term customer relationships, and contributing to the store's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Performance: Consistently achieve individual sales targets while executing management‑led strategies to drive overall store results.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a personalized, attentive luxury service that creates a memorable WOW experience for every client.
- Product & Brand Expertise: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, brand heritage, trends, and effective selling techniques.
- Visual & Store Excellence: Ensure impeccable store presentation by upholding brand standards and supporting refined visual merchandising.
Key Requirements:
- Ideal to have luxury retail experience with strong sales performance preferred; fresh graduates passionate about luxury sales are welcomed, with SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong customer service and storytelling abilities, with proficiency in English and additional languages (e.g. Mandarin) as an advantage.
- Genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and fashion heritage, presenting a well‑groomed, confident, and professional luxury brand image.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and festive seasons.
