About the Role

We are looking for a Leasing & Operations Senior Executive to support boutique expansion, leasing administration, and retail activations for our luxury brands. This role requires strong coordination skills and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Leasing Support

• Support new boutique openings by coordinating leasing processes and documentation
• Assist with lease renewals, rental tracking, and lease administration
• Liaise with mall management and landlords on leasing-related matters

Retail Activations

• Support the securing of atrium and pop‑up spaces for brand campaigns
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Retail, and Visual Merchandising teams on planning and execution

Operations & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams including Retail Operations, Retail Design & VM, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT
• Prepare internal approval documents and track project timelines
• Support landlord communication and help resolve operational issues

Market Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor retail market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities
• Prepare presentations, leasing proposals, and basic reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or related roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of the Malaysia and Singapore retail market is an advantage
