Senior Retail Operation Executive (Retail Trainer)

Passionate about training and helping others succeed Join vivo Malaysia and play a key role in developing our retail team! You will deliver engaging training, strengthen product knowledge and sales skills, and help our frontline staff provide an excellent customer experience.

• Train & Develop: Conduct onboarding, refresher and product launch training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and retail SOPs.
• Coach for Success: Guide retail staff to improve sales performance, customer engagement and product presentation.
• Visit & Evaluate: Conduct store visits to assess staff competency and ensure compliance with retail standards.
• Improve Performance: Identify training needs and work with Retail Operations to enhance frontline effectiveness.
• Prepare & Track: Develop training materials, maintain training records and prepare regular training reports.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, training or sales coaching.
• Experience in smartphones, telecommunications or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for store visits and training sessions.
