YOUR ROLE AS A: Senior Rewards & Performance Partner
Position Summary
The Senior Rewards & Performance Partner is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Capital A's total rewards and performance frameworks to drive a high-performance culture. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will oversee compensation, benefits, and incentive structures, while building strong linkages between performance outcomes and rewards to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks aligned with market competitiveness and business objectives.
Research and benchmark rewards practices, ensuring Capital A remains competitive across all markets and industries it operates in.
Oversee benefits programmes, continuously enhancing offerings to support employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
Build and strengthen the linkage between performance and rewards, ensuring pay-for-performance principles are embedded across the organisation.
Partner with business leaders and People teams to drive effective performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration.
Develop and manage incentive and bonus frameworks, aligning them with company performance, individual contributions, and strategic priorities.
Analyse rewards and performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, equity, and cost efficiency.
Ensure governance, compliance, and consistency across all rewards and performance practices in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
Support annual cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, and/or performance management.
Strong knowledge of market benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive design.
Experience in linking performance frameworks to reward outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
