What we are looking for

A highly skilled and resultsdriven Chemical Engineer with 78 years of handson experience in process engineering, plant operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across fastpaced industrial environments. Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting chemical processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Possesses a solid track record in driving costreduction projects, implementing process automation, and supporting technology upgrades that align with organizational goals. Known for strong analytical thinking, excellent problemsolving abilities, and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking. Adept at collaborating with crossfunctional teams, leading technical projects, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Highly adaptable and quick to integrate into new corporate environmentsable to understand and embrace Linde's culture, values, and operational practices in a short period, resulting in smooth transitions and effective contributions from day one.
