Job Description

• Oversee the record-to-report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.

A Successful Senior RTR Should Have

• Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
