Senior Sales Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry in the SAP system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and workflow efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Support the sales team in meeting customer requirements.

Requirements  

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP systems.  
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or administrative support roles.
