Senior Sales Engineer

Duration: 12 months (Renewable subjected to performance)

Salary range: Up to MYR 10,000 salary per month

Location: Remotely within Malaysia (based in Johor and focus on business development in southern to central Malaysia, WFH or working form client office)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Objective / purpose of the function

• To be focus and responsible for appointed markets (South Malaysia)

Tasks, responsibilities, competences

• Identify and prospect new customers in automotive, electronics, and machinery sectors; conduct needs assessments and recommend fluid solutions.
• Collaborate with distributors to manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and resolve technical issues.
• Track sales activities, opportunities via CRM; prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics.
• Support events, such as the Productivity Trophy, to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Blaser's sustainability standards.
• Co-ordinate initiatives and activities between IPs with contacts and responsible markets.
• To manage accurately forecast sales volume to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
• Lead sales projects and look after key accounts. To identify key accounts and formulate specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop sustainable business with them.

• Demonstrated Highly proficient approach in Liquid Tool Approach.
• Demonstrated planning and execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to grow a customer base
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken in English, fluent in Chinese will be an advantage.
• University Degree in Mechanical.
• At least 5 years as sales or technical service in Machine Tools/ Cutting tools or other Mechanism relevant industries.
• Negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership skill and good product knowledge.
