Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Klang Valley, Malaysia for a Senior Sales Engineer. The role will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves generating new sales leads, nurturing relationships with clients, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams to meet sales targets and business goals.

• Experienced in Semiconductor fields / Circuit Board related
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Proficient in mandarin (written & spoken) to support frequent coordination with Taiwan/China counterparts and suppliers.
