Drive sales growth by developing new and existing customers through regular visits, calls, and meetings (physical and virtual) to achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage and expand existing accounts and product mix in line with annual targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on project and end-user markets.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute effective sales strategies based on customer, competitor, and market insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, LAPP organizations, and relevant suppliers.
Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and solution demonstrations for prospective customers.
Prepare quotations and costing, and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer visits, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines in C4C.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with approved credit terms, in collaboration with the credit team.
Attend project site meetings as required to support smooth coordination and handover.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and continuously develop job-related competencies.
Comply with Company and Group policies, including EHS and ISO requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Degree, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
2 3 years sales experience from process automation, system integration/ design, or heavy industry. Applicants without direct industry sales experience may also be considered.
Good presentation, communication skills and able to work independently.
High energy, motivating, and possess team building skills.
Self-reliant, work with minimum supervision.
Solid foundation in technology computer skills and CRM experience a plus.
Able to multitask and communicate well with all levels.
Must be skilled at negotiation.
