Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer, based in Puncak Alam with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, providing tailored technical solutions, and supporting customer needs. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, generate reports, and maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and reliable technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and meet sales targets
- Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to provide solutions to customer issues and demonstrate technical expertise
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in environmental monitoring, industrial processes, or related industries is an advantage
