Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the Company's products and solutions and provide professional sales and technical support to key stakeholders including architects, M&E consultants, developers, main contractors, and end users.
  2. Proactively develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through various engagement channels.
  3. Deliver responsive and high-quality service to potential and existing customers to secure new projects and repeat business.
  4. Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
  5. Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support sales planning and product improvement initiatives.
  6. Conduct site surveys in coordination with Field Engineers when necessary and review technical and commercial requirements for quotations and proposals.
  7. Prepare sales costings, proposals, quotations, and tender documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Coordinate closely with factory, engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure competitive lead time, cost optimization, and execution feasibility.
  9. Support project handover to operations to ensure customer satisfaction and future repeat business.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years working experience. With experience in elevator industry will be added advantage. Preferably specialized in New Equipment sales field work.
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related fields.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel across Penang /Kedah /Perak.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
