Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is mainly responsible for executing sales & marketing initiatives, engaging new customers and maintaining the relationship with existing accounts in order to bring in revenue for the Precision Robotics Business Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify key customers and build network towards Industrial Automation & Component related fields.
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, through prompt updating of opportunities management tracking and account development planning.
- Develop new customer accounts through sales and marketing activities.
- Supporting any marketing related activities to improve the presence and customer knowledge of PBA's Products
- Providing customer feedback to Business Group management.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
People Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience in automation field, preferable with motion knowledge.
- Proven ability to interact directly with a sales organization, understand customer needs and influence them.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated and maintain high level of Sales Discipline.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
