Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies within target sectors
• Identify new market opportunities, applications, and high-growth customers
• Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts
• Promote component solutions through technical and commercial engagement
• Collaborate with Industries and Product BU to align solutions with market needs
• Drive pipeline development, sales conversion, and revenue growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline fresh graduate, OR, Diploma in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline + minimum 4-6 years working experience in electronic component sales may be considered. Experience in handling regional business is a plus.
• Capable to do design-in and spec-in to R&D engineers.
• Product experience: Experience with electronic components (relays, switches, connectors, sensors etc.).
• Industry experience: Experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
• IT skill and literacy: Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
  
  

Travelling Requirements

• Domestic travel for customer visiting
• 50% travel within Peninsular Malaysia
• Possess driving license
  
  

Responsible for driving business growth for Aratas component portfolio, focus on Energy Industry and High Frequency Industries. This role combines market development, key account management, and strategic partnership building to expand market share and revenue.
