Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Engineer is mainly responsible for executing sales & marketing initiatives, engaging new customers and maintaining the relationship with existing accounts in order to bring in revenue for the Precision Robotics Business Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify key customers and build network towards Industrial Automation & Component related fields.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, through prompt updating of opportunities management tracking and account development planning.
  • Develop new customer accounts through sales and marketing activities.
  • Supporting any marketing related activities to improve the presence and customer knowledge of PBA's Products
  • Providing customer feedback to Business Group management.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

People Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in automation field, preferable with motion knowledge.
  • Proven ability to interact directly with a sales organization, understand customer needs and influence them.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated and maintain high level of Sales Discipline.
  • Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
