Function description / Task
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets within the local Power market.
– Drive business development through regular customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
– Achieve assigned sales revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
– Align sales activities with the company's strategic business goals and initiatives.
– Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. – Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support in close coordination with internal de partments and customers.
– Take ownership of achieving sustainable sales growth by implementing effective local sales action plans for the Power industry.
– Manage the complete sales cycle, including opportunity identification, project development, pro posal preparation, technical and commercial discussions, contract negotiation, order closing, pro ject execution, and after-sales support.
– Conduct customer visits and site meetings whenever required.
– Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender submissions to clients, consultants, EPC contractors, channel partners, and end users.
– Submit accurate monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
– Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
– Provide basic technical support, product application guidance, and first-level troubleshooting to customers when required.
– Support cross-functional activities and additional assignments as directed by management.
– Contribute to the company's commitment to operational excellence and Best Practice initiatives. – Ensure full compliance with the Company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management System, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable occupational health and safety standards.
Competences
– Strong technical knowledge of process instrumentation and the Power industry.
– Proven experience in industrial process instrumentation and control systems.
– Sound knowledge of flow and level measurement technologies is highly desirable.
– Strong commercial acumen with excellent contract negotiation and business development skills. – Good understanding of Power processes, applications, and industry practices.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
– Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
– Strong team player with high integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
– Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
– Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales, technical, or field service experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, or the Power industry.
– Good knowledge of process instrumentation and industrial measurement solutions.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
– Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
– Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including extended overseas travel when required.
