Our client is a well-established MNC manufacturer specialising in solutions for controlled environments. They design and deliver high-performance systems that support critical manufacturing processes across industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, and advanced manufacturing.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth through consultative, solution-based sales of industrial equipment and systems. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and end users to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close projects, while building long-term relationships within the industrial and engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within targeted industrial sectors.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and scope of work.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and marketing activities to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years background in HVAC, industrial systems, or project-based technical sales preferred
  • Comfortable engaging M&E consultants, contractors, and industrial end users
  • Strong communication skills in English with a professional, consultative approach
