Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales and income targets by building a strong sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and driving business growth for the Company's Coating & Resin products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets for products, solutions, and services.
  • Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities for market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and responsive support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely updates to management.
  • Prepare product costings, quotations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (NPC, MMC forms).
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to the supervisor.
  • Attend project/site meetings when required and follow up on orders to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Monitor collections to ensure payments are received within credit terms.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System and EHS policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in coatings/resins; candidates with relevant product knowledge may be considered.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and energetic with good computer and CRM skills.
