Responsible for achieving sales and income targets by building a strong sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and driving business growth for the Company's Coating & Resin products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets for products, solutions, and services.
- Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities for market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and responsive support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely updates to management.
- Prepare product costings, quotations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (NPC, MMC forms).
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to the supervisor.
- Attend project/site meetings when required and follow up on orders to ensure smooth handovers.
- Monitor collections to ensure payments are received within credit terms.
- Adhere to Quality Management System and EHS policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in coatings/resins; candidates with relevant product knowledge may be considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and energetic with good computer and CRM skills.
