About the Job

We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive strategic revenue growth across our international portfolio of Business Conferences & Training programs. The ideal candidate is commercially driven professional who can own the full sales cycle, close high-value deals, and confidently engage senior-level decision-makers across Asia & the Middle East.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take the lead in driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, and expanding our regional & international market presence.

You will play a strategic role in:

  • Selling high-level business conferences and corporate training programs
  • Engaging C-level executives, directors, and senior stakeholders
  • Managing complex B2B sales cycles end-to-end
  • Identifying new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
  • Contributing to sales strategy and market expansion initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Lead high-level sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Expand key accounts and penetrate new domestic & international markets
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of proven B2B sales experience (conference/events/training sales is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur / willing to work onsite (Office location: Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral)
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet tools
