Job Description
Overview
A Senior Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Manage both new (70%) and existing accounts, depending.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Pitch products/services and demonstrate value to prospects.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and deals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
